Q: Do you deliver to all locations in Singapore?

A: Do note that certain locations in Singapore have restricted delivery- These places include: Offshore Islands, Jurong Island, Tuas, Army Camps, Brani Terminals, Changi Airport Cargo, etc.. (Kindly refer to this list here for a detailed listing of locations that we do not deliver to.)

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive (for Singapore addresses)?

A: For standard shipping via registered mail, delivery should be within 3 to 5 working days. A tracking number will be provided. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. All articles shipped via Registered Mail service will require the addressee to sign for receipt. There may be a delay if the addressee is absent at the time of delivery and we cannot be held responsible in the event of such delays.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive (for addresses within Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia)?

A: Delivery to major cities in Malaysia will take approximately 10 to 15 working days. Do allow for more time for destinations beyond and also for posting during festive periods. Please note that parcels are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.

Customs Information

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages delivered outside of Singapore. Shipments may be subject to Customs Duties and Import Taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. 

As the recipient of the package, you may be subject to such Customs Duties and Import Taxes once it reaches your country. For more information and advice with regards to Customs Duties and Import Taxes, kindly get in touch with your local customs office. Any additional charges or custom clearance fees must be covered by you. 

 

Q: How do I track my order that has been shipped with a tracking service? 

A: If you selected a tracking delivery service on your order, you will receive a tracking number that can be found in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track your order delivery status through the following links:

 

Q: My order has been dispatched but has not arrived?

A: We are sorry that the parcel has not arrived yet, sometimes our couriers may take longer than expected and delivery services may be delayed as a result. We also recommend that you contact the courier’s local office to check if they have attempted delivery. 

 

Q: My items have not arrived, can I get a refund?

 A: We are sorry that the parcel has not arrived, unfortunately Unsprung cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they have been delivered to a courier company or post office. Once they are delivered to the courier company or post office location, we are unable to replace or refund goods that are missing or have been received damaged.
