The mudguard is 52 cm long (23 cm front, 29cm rear) which gives unbeaten protection from mud even during most extremely wet conditions. It’s the most effective mudguard for upside down fork.
One of the big benefits of reverted fork is reduced unsprung mass on the wheel. So why to reverse this effect by putting additional weight on the wheel again? MX mudguard for VAIA is attached to the crown which eliminates any influence on the suspension. Additional benefit is reduced noise since the mudguard is not exposed to vibrations during the race.
Since the mudguard has been designed strictly for VAIA in close cooperation with the EXT team, it fit perfectly to the fork. It shows off in such details as crown pocket or native mounting to stanchion protectors.
The mudguard is equipped with native hose clamp to keep it always on place and prevent shifting.
All bolts used for the mudguard are A2 stainless steel. You will find also thread locker to secure mounting bolts within the box.
